4.Complete the Formal Review
If invited, sign the Student Service Agreement and provide the requested documents.
Successful applicants may receive a 30-day Conditional Applicant Approval.
5.Confirm the Property & Final Terms
Submit the property and landlord or letting-agent details.
After review, Bridge confirms the final quote, agreements and payment requirements.
6.Receive Your Guarantee Certificate
Once all conditions are satisfied, Bridge issues the guarantee certificate and provides support during the covered tenancy.
